Made to order
Your Jhay Foreign Official shirt is printed after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Production and delivery estimates can change during busy periods; weekends and holidays are not business days.

Shipping destinations and charges
Available destinations, shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay. If your country is not listed, we are not currently able to ship that order there. Shipping charges may combine when an order contains products fulfilled in separate shipping groups. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Delivery and tracking
Shipping transit time is additional to production time. Any dates shown are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details when your order ships. Items may arrive separately. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after a label is created.

Address changes and delivery problems
Check your address and selected sizes before paying. Contact us promptly if something is wrong; once production or shipping begins, changes may not be possible. If tracking stops updating, an item arrives damaged, or an order has not arrived as expected, email us with your order number so we can investigate.
